- The app does not provide booking, travel management, legal services, or financial services.
Account and User Responsibilities
- Creating an account is required to access the app's features.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and any activity under their account.
- Misrepresentation, identity fraud, or sharing accounts is strictly prohibited.
- Seatlr may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in illegal activity.
- Users must notify Seatlr immediately if they suspect unauthorized use of their account.
- Users are responsible for securing their devices; Seatlr is not liable for breaches or data loss caused by insecure usage.
Use of the Service
- Users must use the app responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.
- Prohibited content includes:
- Offensive or abusive content
- Discussions unrelated to travel
- Religious or political debates
- Pornographic content
- Dating or romantic messaging
- Advice related to nightlife, bars, dancing, nudity, or alcohol
- Flight Data Disclaimer:
- Flight data is provided by third‑party APIs and may be inaccurate or outdated.
- Seatlr is not responsible for errors in flight number, destination, timing, or virtual room assignments.
- Seatlr may remove or restrict access to any content that violates these terms or applicable laws.
Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Seatlr uses third‑party AI services, including Google Gemini, to generate:
- General informational guidance about local laws
- Recommendations for places worth visiting
- Other automated informational suggestions
- These features operate through predefined prompts and are not direct conversations between the user and the AI.
- AI Limitations:
- AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.
- AI does not provide legal, professional, or safety-critical advice.
- Users must verify AI-generated information before acting on it.
- Seatlr does not train AI models using user data.

- Errors in AI-generated content
- Misinterpretation of AI suggestions
- Decisions made based on AI outputs
- Any damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated information

Intellectual Property
- All branding, design, code, and internal content belong to Seatlr.
- User-generated content remains the user's property, but the user grants Seatlr a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use it within the app.
Subscriptions, Payments, and Taxes
- Some services may require subscriptions or payments through third-party providers.
- Billing, invoicing, and taxes are handled exclusively by those providers.
- Payments are non-refundable once activated.
- Subscriptions may auto-renew according to the provider's policies.
- Seatlr may modify subscription prices or features with appropriate notification.

Experimental Features
- Experimental features (e.g., instant translation, AI suggestions) may not work on all devices.
- These features are free and not part of any paid subscription.

- Data loss (including automatic deletion after 24 hours)

- Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
